Jochem Heizmann, CEO of Volkswagen China, says the carmaker will launch at least 15 plug-in hybrid and electric cars in China by 2018, producing them locally by 2016. Heizmann said the majority will be plug-in hybrids that can use both gasoline and electricity, reports the Wall Street Journal.
