Rio Tinto CEO Jean-Sebastien Jacques tells Bloomberg that the drop in demand his firm has experienced in China has “plateaued”. The boss of the world’s second biggest miner says he is more optimistic after meeting suppliers, customers and government officials in China two weeks ago.
