“It is my first time to taste the vinegar from my home region in space”

Jing-Haipeng-w

Taikonaut Jing Haipeng has been enjoying small bags of vinegar from Shanxi on his mission aboard Tiangong II. He told Xinhua that the food was more varied than his previous space trips, with the menu including fried noodles with beans, rice noodles with beef and fried shrimp with egg. With about 100 dishes to choose from Jing says that he and his fellow astronaut Chen Dong “don’t get bored”.
