“Our cooperation with China Mobile is not only on devices, but also on content and services. Digital reading is now favoured by Chinese readers”

Brian Aitken, general manager of Amazon Reading, discusses the e-commerce giant’s latest push in China: the launch of a new Kindle device. The Kindle X Migu e-reader will combine access to 460,000 Kindle e-books with 400,000 literary titles from China Mobile subsidiary Migu. China Mobile says China’s digital reading market now has 300 million users and will grow more than 20% this year.
