Huawei’s senior vice president Vincent Peng tells the Wall Street Journal’s D.Live tech conference that the launch of its $2,600 Mate X phone will be delayed, while it improves the quality of the folding screen. Separately, Huawei said that international sales of its handsets have plunged 40% in the past month, after Washington put the company on a supply blacklist (see WiC453).
