Roy van den Hurk, general manager of Milk New Zealand Dairy, explains to the China Daily why he went through two weeks of quarantine in a Shanghai hotel to attend this week’s China International Import Expo (CIIE). He added: “I believe having tough border measures is the only way you are going to keep the virus out of the population and get places running properly.”
