Chinese-born table tennis player Han Ying explains her decision to represent Germany at the Tokyo Olympics. The China Daily added there were 17 Chinese-born players representing other nations at the Games in table tennis, “not including those representing Hong Kong and Chinese Taipei”. On Monday Han – who left China in 2002 – played another Chinese-born player Hong Jianfang – who was representing Australia.
